call 773-761-3555 and have your credit card ready or visit our store
located at the address at the bottom. The cost of telephone support is
$50 per incident. In some cases it may be required for you to bring in
your system into the store for repair. Phone support is available
M-Sat 11am-11pm .

store services and support
Quest services desktops and laptops and can troubleshoot almost any PC
related issue. We can fix virtually any problem within a week. If you
need your computer serviced faster we offer a rush service (see prices
on right). If you cannot bring your computer to us, we can come out to
you (Chicago land & Suburbs only).
What to do I need when I bring in my computer for service?
All we need is your tower or desktop . Do not bring cords, wires,
keyboards, mice or the monitor. We have these items in house.
What other things should I know? Every machine that comes in goes through a full diagnostic–
check-up to determine if anything else may be wrong with your system
before it’s too late
Once your computer is complete, we would like you to pick it up
promptly. We are not responsible for computers or parts left
longer than 30 days.
