To start a remote session, please click on the START button on the left.
You will then be redirected to the remote support site which will ask
you to install a small program that will allow the technician to remote
into your computer and fix the problem. Please follow the directions
when the site prompts you.
You will then receive a client ID number. The technician will need this
number in order for us to remote into your computer. You may click on
the E-mail Client ID button to send this number to the technician
helping you or send it to (support@questinternet.net)
. Please leave your computer's web browser on this page with the
client ID number showing. The technician will
NOT be able to help you if you close this window.

The cost of
remote support is $50 per incident. In some cases it may be required for you to bring in
your system into the store for repair or we can come out to your
place with-in the Chicagoland Area for a fee. Remote support is
available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Should you have problems
connecting, please make sure your pop-up blockers are turned off and
that you have internet service. This will NOT work without internet
service. If you are still having problems
connecting, you may need to restart your computer in safe mode, if you
are not sure how to do this, or are having trouble call
during our normal business hours at 773-761-3555.
Disclaimer: If we are unable to fix your system remotely, you
will only be charged a $25 diagnostic fee instead of the full amount
unless you have a service contract. The remote support fix is guaranteed
for 30 days. You will not be charged another incident, if the computer
problem comes back through no fault of your own. This does not apply to
virus/spy ware infection!
