Welcome to our
online remote support please select an option below. The cost of remote support is $50 per incident unless you have a service contract. In some cases it may be required for you to bring in your system into the store for repair. Remote support is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Should you have problems connecting, please make sure your pop-up blockers are turned off and that you have internet service. If you are still having problems connecting, you may need to restart your computer in safe mode. Call during our normal business hours at (773) 761-3555 if you are having trouble connecting remotely.

Disclaimer: If we are unable to fix your system remotely, you will only be charged a $25 diagnostic fee instead of the full amount unless you have a service contract. The remote support fix is guaranteed for 30 days. You will not be charged another incident, if the computer problem comes back through no fault of your own. This does not apply to virus/spy ware infection!
